Vienna/Innsbruck: At the June 14th T.A.I. "Advertising Grand Prix" prize ceremony, part of a gala in the Vienna Hilton Hotel, First Place for the "Destinations" category went to the website of the Wipptal Tourism Association, www.wipptal.at.
… a cause for celebration for the team at Wipptal Tourism Association. The website www.wipptal.at motivates visitors to reserve a holiday in the Wipptal Valley. Michaela Stockner, project leader for the website, says: "The site encourages potential visitors who stumble upon the page to book a holiday in the Wipptal Valley. Also, it greatly simplifies planning for vacationers who have already booked a stay in the valley. "We're especially excited that the T.A.I experts jury values the maximum customer orientation of the site", she says in response to praise for the medien-jäger advertising agency.
"Our goal is to continuously exceed the expectations of our customers. This gold prize shows that our work is valued,” says Ludwig Jäger, "Not only I, but also the entire team at medien-jäger, is thrilled with this award.
The medien-jäger advertising agency has been among the top three award winners for nine years in a row, and has received 15 trophies overall since 2002, earning a spot as one of the most successful advertising agencies in the competition.
This new distinction, awarded in the world's toughest and also fairest competition for tourism advertising, confirms medien-jäger's excellence and competence. Carina Jäger is happy about the prize and emphasises the unique accomplishment: "Excellent cooperation with our customers was the decisive factor in this year's success. That's why for us, our customer's success is the greatest reward".
Only those who maintain a consistent top level of quality can expect consistent success. "It's exactly the same for websites as for world-class athletes," exclaimed the agency's director in a first reaction. "When top competitors perform at the highest level as though they're simply enjoying the play, it's not just a matter of creativity and talent, but also consistent work and progress." No pain, no gain – and certainly not nine years in a row.
